Seattle Startup Awards 2018

Do you work at a startup in the Seattle area and know someone in sales, marketing or sales enablement who is tenacious and committed to success? Do they inspire those around them and always strive to improve?

If so, we want to hear from you! We’re recognizing rock stars who show up every day to work and show exactly what it means to be tenacious, a top performer and a team player. But we need you to tell us who they are!

Tenacious: Someone who thinks critically and optimistically, exhausts all options, and asks critical questions until the best solution is found. Demonstrate persistence in order to overcome obstacles and achieve individual and company goals.

Top Performer: Someone who exceeds expectations, and always strives for improvement. They look at goals as a starting point and not the finish line and aim to break glass ceilings! They are committed to proactive and continuous product expertise and application, striving to be a learn-it-all.

Team Player: Invests in and motivates team members to help others exceed individual and company goals. Learns from failure and can celebrate individual, team, and company wins. They lead by example and inspire those around them. Constantly challenges and provides valuable insights to promote forward thinking and drive team and company success.

Nominations will be accepted through May 18, 2018.* The winners will be highlighted in a Highspot press release and blog post, they will also be included in an exclusive panel with other Seattle area go-to-market startup leaders that will be held at Highspot. Winners will be announced May 22, 2018.
